Usually leaders just pay their officers for each person recruited. But for the record, spamming usually doesn't work, and it annoys people. Personally, I report everyone who does that. I would put an advertisement in Party Search.

You will pay per person recruited? So i could spam, get 60 members that will leave in 2 hours since your guild doesn't do anything but still get paid? awesome!
